These terms outline scheduling, service expectations, and our assurance policy.
Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for schedule changes.
Access & Arrival
Access instructions should be shared before the appointment. We will notify you upon arrival.
Service Assurance
If something is missed, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Workers who provide cleaning services through Sparkling Spaces operate as independent contractors, not employees of Sparkling Spaces LLC. As independent contractors, workers set their own hours by selecting available shifts, are responsible for their own taxes, and are not entitled to employee benefits. Workers are required to complete a Form W-9 before receiving payment. Payments exceeding $600 in a calendar year will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-NEC.
Service Area
Sparkling Spaces currently serves the Kansas City metropolitan area, including communities in Johnson County, Kansas and Jackson, Clay, and Cass Counties in Missouri. Quote requests submitted for addresses outside our service area will not be fulfilled. We are actively expanding and will notify you when service becomes available in your area.
